I don't know if anyone really checked the intersection to see which areas should be kept clear for safe cornering or what. And, I hate the people who park on the inclined curbs at crosswalks more. But, it just bugs me that people park in front of the "No Parking sign". Here's another Korean who needs to learn to read Korean.

perhaps they're not illiterate; it may just be they all need LASIK surgery, because it is not only the korean parking signs that get ignored, it is also the crosswalks, red lights, pedestrians and bikers as well.
I started biking to work last year, and not a day goes by where i don't almost get hit. (It's only 5km!)

I mostly agree with what you say, and parking in front of this sign does not affect me the way other automobile-related things do - parking on crosswalks, running red lights and such. Still, the other problems are more difficult to photograph well.
