Phone-order Brides!
The main message is the offer to help you 'marry a Vietnamese Virgin'. I think the offer is only for Korean men but maybe there are male virgins in Vietnam for Korean women. I very much doubt that the offer is valid for people of alternative lifestyles.
Although the word directly translates to 'virgin', I think a better interpretation for meaning would be 'maiden' or 'young lady' or 'unmarried female'.
